At Van Schaik, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier point and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
